AMT-C1 Series Bimetal Thermal Overload Protector Ceramic Temperature Switch for Hair Dryer
AMT-C1 thermostat is a hair dryer thermostat. Because the
temperature sensor is in direct contact with the outside air
environment, it has an overheating protection switch that is more
sensitive and reacts faster. Its working temperature is fixed, no
adjustment is required; it has the characteristics of reliable and
crisp action, small arc, and long service life.
It is composed of highly sensitive bimetal components, shrapnel,
moving contacts, static contacts, ceramic bases, etc. When working,
the bimetal element is in a free state, and the moving contact and
the static contact are in a closed state. When the electrical
appliance generates heat due to a fault, and the temperature rises
to the rated operating temperature of the product, the bimetallic
element is heated to generate internal stress and quickly actuates
the moving contact, disconnecting the contact and cutting off the
power supply, and the electrical appliance stops working, thereby
overheating Protective effects. When the temperature of the
protected electrical appliance drops to the product's rated reset
temperature value, the bimetal element returns to the initial state
and the contact is closed, and the electrical appliance resumes
work.
