Overview
The high temperature furnace uses silver and copper, which are used
as brazing soldering materials for continuous brazing of iron parts
in the industries of automobile, diesel engine, aero-space &
aviation, air conditioning, refrigeration, gas water heater,
electron and microwave magnetic control tube, etc.
Features
- Muffle adopts high temperature heat resistant steel plate, and uses
special brazing technology, in general it works 1.5 years under
normal condition in 1120℃ and 3 years under the lower temperatures
circumstance, generally less than 950℃
- The mesh belt material adopts special high temperature alloy with
long service life.
- Continuous production, high working temperature, stable gas
composition, bright surface treatment parts, small deformation
- Using microcomputer control digital display instrument with PID
adjustment, high precision temperature control, easy to control
process parameters.
- This furnace is made of Sweden nickel alloy plates which contain
rare earth elements, have strong structural strength and small heat
deformation and improve its service life.
- The cooling section use the technology of separating cooling muffle
from cooling jacket welding and welding line, which ensures that
brazed work piece become bright and won’t be oxidized.
- Heat exchanger is equipped in the cooling section, which
greatly increases the cooling speed of work pieces.
- Special design enables each heating zone to realize step less
voltage regulation and ensure stable temperature for the heating
furnace. The stability of furnace temperature can reach ±1celsius
degree.
