Introduction:

Saline meat injector machine is through salt solution injection and vacuum tumbling inject the salt solution and supplement into the meat liquid fully preserved, penetrate, loose muscle tissue structure ,is conducive to dissolution of myosin, and because raw meat additives on the enhancement of ionic strength and the role of protein features such adjustments, the preparation of the aqueous solution into the meat tenderizer to make meat tender, soft, thus enhancing the meat product production rate and improve meat tenderness and taste of meat.

Features :

1. The machine use SUS304, stainless steel pump.

2. With four layer filter function , totally separate the injection machine and meat.

3. Pressure can be adjusted between 0.1-0.8MPa.

4. Use frequency converter.
