Description:
TPR hose material TPR is also known as synthetic rubber or synthetic rubber.The advantages of TPR are mainly manifested in the following aspects:
(1) it can be processed by ordinary thermoplastic plastic forming machines, such as injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding, compression molding, molding, etc.
(2) it can be vulcanized with rubber injection molding machine, which can be reduced to less than lmin by about 20min.
(3) the extruding machine can be used to form vulcanization, which can be pressed out fast and the time of vulcanization is short;
(4) the waste generated in the production process (off-side, extruded and waste glue) and the resulting waste can be returned directly to reuse:
(5) the used TPE products can be reused to reduce environmental pollution and increase the source of renewable resources.
(6) it does not require vulcanization, saving energy, taking high-voltage hoses as an example: rubber is 188MJ/kg, TPE is 144MJ/kg, it can save more than 25%;
(7) since the reinforcement is large and the formulation is greatly simplified, the influence of the synergist on the polymer is greatly reduced, and the quality performance is more easily mastered.
(8) expanded the application field of rubber products for the development of new ways for the rubber industry.The disadvantage is that TPE is less heat-resistant than rubber, and as the temperature rises, the physical property decreases greatly, so the scope of application is limited.At the same time, the compression deformation, resilience, and durability are relatively poor, and the price is often higher than the same rubber.
However, the advantages of TPE are still outstanding, while the disadvantages are constantly improved. As a new raw material for energy conservation and environmental protection, the development prospect is very promising
