Product Description

1. Flour mixing machine: A device that mixes various raw materials into a certain amount of water or liquid additives to achieve full mixing after stirring. All parts of the powder mixer in contact with the materials are made of stainless steel. The discharge port adopts a brand-new handle open door structure design, which has a good sealing effect and avoids the leakage problem of the common powder mixer 2. Screw conveying: can transport the mixed raw materials to the hopper of the extruder. The material is conveyed to the feeder of the extruder in a sealed stainless steel cylinder without leakage, dust, and pollution. The feeding amount is uniform and stable, and the parts in contact with the materials are all made of stainless steel or surface spraying treatment. 3. Single screw main engine: It is composed of feed system, extrusion system, heating system, transmission system, rotary cutting system and control system.
