Instead of thermal adhesive bonding, FQ offers a compressible pad that conforms to gaps over a large surface area for the thermal interface between modules and the cooling structural system. This solution allows for ease in disassembly and individual module layer by layer recycling. FQ's high compressible conforming pad has a proven history of use in commercial and military systems for thermal management. This compressible conformal pad is available in different thicknesses for use in both flat and prismatic cells thermal interfaces as well as a module to the cooling system.

1Quality deviation rateShould not be greater than 15%.
2Thermal insulation performanceThe shrinkage rate of the length and width of the sample before and after the test should not be greater than 3%, and the test process should be within 5 minutes
The temperature of the cold side of the sample should not exceed 180°C.
3vertical burnIt should meet the V0 requirements specified in GB/T 2408.
4Compression ratioIt should not be less than 35% under 2Mpa pressure.
5tensile strengthThe length and width direction should not be less than 500Kpa.
6Insulation propertiesSurface thermal resistivity should be greater than 500MΩ; leakage rate should be less than 1mA.
7Prohibited and restricted substancesShould comply with Directive 2011/65/EU.
8Aging resistanceAfter aging, the tensile strength attenuation rate of the airgel heat insulation sheet should not exceed 30%;
The dimensional change rate should be less than 1%; the heat insulation performance should meet the requirements in the table.
