PU shredding machine
PU shredder is a kind of machinery and equipment specially used to
shred sponge, foam and other soft materials. Sponge shredder
usually consists of the following parts:
Machine body: including machine base, frame and other parts, can
provide stable support and positioning.
Blade: the part used to shred sponge materials, usually consisting
of multiple rotating blades and fixed blades.
Motor: Used to provide the driving force to drive the blades for
rotation.
Conveying system: Used to convey the sponge material to be
processed to the shredding area.
This machine is mainly used for shredding tightly packed whole
bales of sponge into small pieces of sponge, completing the initial
crushing. It is matched with recycled sponge production line to
make recycled sponge; or crushed to make filling material. This
machine has powerful power and high production efficiency.
