High Quality GYTS53 Singlemode Outdoor Underground Armored Fiber Optic Cable

 

Description

This cable design encapsulates single-mode or multi-mode fibers within a robust loose tube crafted from

high modulus plastic, fortified with a water-resistant compound. In higher fiber count cables, a steel wire,

occasionally coated with polyethylene, acts as the central strength member. These tubes and fillers are

arranged around this core, creating a compact circular cable core. A PSP (Parallel Steel Tape) is longitu-

dinally applied over this core, filled with a protective compound to prevent water penetration. The entire

structure is then encased in a PE sheath, adding an extra layer of protection.
