1. Product Description
Wire rope vibration isolator is carbon steel or stainless steel
frame and the standard of stainless steel cable according to
certain elastic modulus calculation and design and manufacture of
vibration and shock absorption device. Can effectively absorb
vibration and impact energy, the protection device, reduce noise.

high low temperature, chemical corrosion environment, strong

environment, excellent performance, stable and reliable. My
company's widely used in wire rope vibration isolator, commercial
transportation, navigation aviation, chemical engineering, national
defense construction and other fields .
At present, the common wire rope isolator has spiral, arch and
ring, and so on. But either way, they are made of stainless steel wire ropes wound
or bent. Their common advantages are that the equipment has a three-way
protection effect, can work reliably in high temperature and harsh
environment, has a wide bearing range, unlimited storage and
service life. In terms of impact resistance, it can achieve the maximum impact
attenuation in the smallest space, and its vertical allowable
deformation can reach 40 ~60% of the height of the isolator. They are used in the transportation of some equipment, replacing
the original plastic and rubber shock resistant packaging. Rocket and missile carriers also used it. On the ship side, it has passed the trials of a light impactor, a
heavy impactor and a floating impactor platform, meeting the
requirements of MIL-S-901 and MIL-STD-167. Wireline isolators have good durability and fatigue. They have
tested a 2.4mm wireline isolator for 150 hours, 7 million times at
13Hz, ± 1.5mm amplitude, and the results are fine. They also input 25g to a vibration isolator with a rope diameter of
1.5mm, and carry out sweep frequency vibration test up to 10kHz.
The vibration isolation effect is 95%, which proves that the rope
isolator can isolate small amplitude and structural noise.
2. Materials & Finishes Products
Wire rope material we use the international standard 304 stainless
steel, plywood material, there are three materials for ordinary
steel, 304 stainless steel and 6061-T6 aluminum alloy three
materials. All surfaces are treated with plywood to ensure compliance with
relevant industry and military standards. Optional surface hot-dip
galvanized wire rope or surface coating materials such as nylon can
effectively enhance product performance in harsh environments.
