- A Complete Corrugating Board Production Line Includes The Following
Machines:Mill Roll Stand, Pre-Heater, Splicer, Single Facer, Over
Bridge, Multi-Pre-Heater, Glue Machine, Double Baker, Slitter
Scorer, Cutoff, Stacker, And Ect.
- Raw Paper Roll Feeded to The Roll Stand, After Heated And Moisture
Adjusted By The Per-Heater, Raw Paper Will Go To The Single Facer,
Corrugated By It, And Gluing Together With Another Raw Paper To
Become Single Faced Corrugating Paper, Then Conveyed Through The
Over Bridge, Re-Heated By Multi-Pre-Heater, After Glued By Glue
Machine, Jointed By The Double Backer, Continuous Corrugating Board
Comes Out.
- After Slitting And Scorring By Slitter Scorer And Transverse
Cutting By Cutoff, Corrugating Board With Different Sizes Are
Produced. At Last, These Different Sizes Corrugating Board Will Be
Stacked, Calculated.

Features
- The hydraulic pole base is equipped with a directional bearing to
eliminate the damage to the hydraulic cylinder caused by the
settlement deformation of the foundation.
- The lock hole of lift arm is equipped with bearing steel sleeve, to
improve the service life and facilitate replacement.
- Lifting the left and right-side hydraulic pole for smoother
operation and longer service life.
- The traditional mill roll stand only one oil cylinder to drive main
roller arm to lift up base paper. Under the action of long-term use
and leverage, the other arm that not lifted by oil cylinder will
distort and bend due to uneven stress. Especially when a wide base
paper is used, it will cause not horizontal, thereby paper easily
broken and uneven tension, hence, that will increase the waste
products and cardboards of bad flatness. XHL’s mill roll stand is
equipped with oil cylinder at each axle to lift up at the same
time, even drain, make sure main axle and arm won’t distort during
long use period.
