Hydraulic Control Valve

Hydraulic Control Valves are designed to regulate hydraulic pressure in a hydraulic system. These valves are used to adjust the amount of pressure or flow that is delivered to any actuator or component in a system. They are available in a variety of sizes and styles, and can be used in almost any hydraulic system. Hydraulic Control Valves have a wide range of viscosity range, from 2.8 to 500 mm2/s. The maximum flow of the valve is 80 (DC) or 60 (AC) L/min. The power consumption of the valve is 30W and it can hold a power of 50VA. It is designed to be installed in any position.

 

Features:

This Directional Spool Valve provides high performance and is actuated by a solenoid. It has porting patterns which are compliant with either DIN 24340 form A, ISO 4401-03-02-05 or NFPA T3.5.1 R2-2002 D03 and it is fitted with subplates as per the data sheet RE 45052. It is fitted with wet-pin DC or AC voltage solenoids with detachable coils, which can be rotated by 90° and can be changed without having to open the pressure-tight chamber. Electrical connection can be individual or central and manual override is an optional feature.

This spool valve also offers other features such as inductive position switch and proximity sensor (contactless) which are detailed in RE 24830 and a version for smoothly switching which can be found in RE 23183. The Assembly and Maintenance instructions can be found in the supplementary documentation, RE 07008 and RE 07300 respectively.
