TPP Thermal Protection Performance Tester SPI Test Equipment
1, Product introduction:
TPP Thermal Protective Performance Tester is used to evaluate the
potential skin burn grade of flame retardant protective clothing,
protective gloves, etc. and the ability of materials to prevent
heat convection and heat radiation penetration.
2, Standards:
Comply with GB 38302-2019, ASTM F2700-08 and other standards for
protective clothing.
3, Technical specifications:
1. The test instrument includes the sample seat assembly, the
bracket of the sample seat assembly, the heat source, the sensor
assembly, the recorder, etc., as well as the gas flowmeter, the
burner and the radiometer.
2. Two size sample boxes, 150mm × 150mm for protective clothing
test, 160mm × 160mm for testing protective gloves.
3. Equipped with pneumatic sample holder and water-cooled plate
protection (pneumatic type), the copper calorimeter has a built-in
cooling sensor, which is used to drive compressed air to help test
preparation more quickly.
4. The Venturi tube has a diameter of 38mm and an inner hole
diameter of 5/16 inch. It can provide 800-1200 BUT heat output. The
burner port is a metal mesh structure. The lower air valve of the
burner can be adjusted to adjust the mixing ratio of air and
combustible gas
