Product description:
 
It is mainly applicable to test equipment and test methods for evaluating the flame spread, heat release and smoke generation characteristics of vertically installed bundles of wires and cables or optical cables under specific test conditions.

Experiment method:

 

During the test, the cable or optical cable is installed on a vertical standard ladder, and the specified ignition source is used to ignite, so as to evaluate the combustion behavior and combustion performance of the cable. Through the test, the combustion data at the initial stage of the cable fire can be obtained. The test reflects the danger of flame spreading along the cable and the potential impact of the fire source on the adjacent area. The smoke density test reflects the visibility of the fire area and the danger of smoke to personal safety. The experiment can obtain the flame spread (FS), heat release rate (HRR), total heat release (THR), smoke production rate (SPR), total smoke production (TSP), combustion growth of cables or optical cables under specific combustion conditions Rate index (FIGRA), and characteristics such as burning drips/fines.

 

Technical Parameters:

 

The combustion chamber, igniter, smoke exhaust device, and ignition device are all the same as the bundle combustion device. The following are the additional parts:
1. The axial flow fan provides air supply, and the air supply is controlled by the frequency converter.
2. Stainless steel smoking hood and exhaust pipe (inner diameter 400mm), beautiful and corrosion-resistant.
3. It adopts two-way probe type measuring differential pressure device and imported differential pressure sensor with a range of 0~500Pa.
4. K-type thermocouple with a diameter of 1.5mm.
5. The sampling pipeline is equipped with a three-stage filter system to ensure that the sample gas entering the analyzer is clean, and is equipped with flow limiting and shunting devices to ensure the sample gas flow into the analyzer to improve the accuracy and service life of the analyzer. It is also equipped with a self-cleaning system for sampling pipes to reduce the probability of pipe blockage and increase service life.
6. The ignition source is the same as the bundled combustion device in (1)
7. MFC (mass flow controller) can be used to control the flow of propane/air gas, (optional)
8. The light source system with adjustable focus and the light receiving system with imported silicon optical amplifier are adopted; the data is stable and accurate, and it is equipped with a fully-automatically controlled seven-stage filter correction mechanism for automatic correction of the optical path.


9. The gas analyzer can accurately measure the concentration of O2 and CO2 in the gas with a resolution of 0.01%

10. Smoke density test system:
10.1 Imported detectors and imported silicon photodiode probes. The photoelectric detection chamber has a linear stability of 0.1% and a 10-digit measurement range. The measurement range is 400-750nm visible light range, the transmittance accuracy is 0.01%, the optical density range is 0-4, and the smoke density accuracy is ±1%.

10.2 Imported quartz halogen light source: nominal power: 100W, nominal voltage: 12V, nominal luminous flux: 2000-3000Lm, nominal color temperature: 2800-3200K

12. The pipe fan is controlled by the frequency converter to adjust the volume flow rate of the pipe exhaust.
