Product Description:

Extruded Fin Tube( fin tubes )- extruded fin tubes ( fin tubes )s and many special sizes extruded fin tubes ( fin tubes ). extruded fin tubes ( fin tubes ) has the advantages of high efficiency, strong corrosion resistant and long life as the International, technologically advanced heat transfer element.

The base tubes (pipes) (core tube) of double extruded fin tubes can be SS, CS, corrosion resistant steel, copper and copper alloys, Ti and Ti alloys and the other materials. The base tubes (pipes) (core tube) of single extruded fin tubes can be copper, Nickel-copper, Aluminum and the other materials.


 

 

Manufacturing Process:

A polished and deoiled base tube is set in an aluminium sleeve. The whole goes through the fin-machine which consists of three spindles set at 120° each on bearing a stack of plates. These plates, stacked in from and diameter first build the fin, then bond the outer and inner tubes together. In certain cases (high air speed) the fins are serrated after fin process so as to increase the heat transfer coefficient.

 

 

 

Extruded Fin Tubes Advantages:

1) Thermal

The bonding of the outer and inner tubes removes the risk of loss of contact with the aluminium due to thermal stress.

Maximum operating temperature: 250°C. The transfer coefficient remains steady. Additionally as the outer sleeve is continuous no electrolytic couple is created.

Applications:

Primary extruded finned tubes are used in high temperature conditions and corrosive atmospheric conditions, such as operating temperatures less than 300°C or off-shore applications,heat pipes air to air heat exchangers for HVAC applications,air dehumidification in air treatment plants, energy recovery in air exhaust system. This kind of fin design is the least economical as compared to the other fin types, main reason due to the increased amount of aluminum used around 40% also increased labors during the manufacturing. However this increased cost can be compensated if using lower grade parent tube material.

Aluminum extruded finned tubes, also called [integral finned tubes" using the form of the base tube covered with aluminum tube(the base tube can be carbon steel, stainless steel, copper) through machine extrusion, forming a tube fin, the fin base and the tube outer wall is close fitting, this fin tubing control can make finned tubes with high heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer performance. Extruded Finned Tube can be made of iron, copper or aluminum tube by compound rolling, which has the advantages of tight bonding, small thermal resistance, good heat transfer performance, high strength, small flow loss, strong anti-corrosion performance, not easy to deformation under long-term hot and cold working conditions, long working life and so on.

 

 

Extruded finned tube manufacturing process

The Extruded Fin Tube is formed by a bimetallic tube consisting of an aluminum outer tube and an inner tube of almost any material. The fin is formed by rolling the material from the outside of the outer tube to provide an integrated fin with excellent heat transfer performance and life. The extruded fins provide excellent corrosion protection for the base tube.

The production method of the composite finned tube mainly includes the extrusion method: the bimetallic composite tube is lined with a mandrel, and driven by the rotation of the roller blade, the composite tube is processed on the outer surface through the cavity formed by the rolling groove and the core head Out fins. The heat transfer tube produced by this method is an organic whole with its outer tube and fins, so there is no problem of contact heat loss, and it has good performance and high heat transfer efficiency.
