Q2. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

2) The size of the production(Length*Width*Height )

Q3. When we creat the artwork,what kind of format is available for printing?
1) The popular ones: PDF, AI.
2) Bleed size: 3-5mm
3) Resolution: no less than 1200PI and the higher, the better
Q4. Can I get a sample before mass production?
Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for your quality evaluation.
The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.
Q5. How long can I got the sample ?
After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample time is 5-7 days
and Express delivery usually needs around 3-5 day.
