Texturized Fiberglass Filter Bags With PTFE Membrane
Our glass fiber expanded film covered filter bag adopts excellent
alkali free glass as raw material, which is woven into excellent
filter cloth through drawing spinning warping weft expansion
weaving. It has sufficient mechanical strength.
After pretreatment process and heat setting processing, it has
excellent physical and chemical indexes and stable size, and is
made into a filter bag that meets the requirements of working
conditions. In order to improve the use effect of the filter bag
and meet the requirements of specific working conditions, the
surface of the filter bag is impregnated with PTFE and coated with
PTFE.
The characteristics of alkali free glass fiber are organically
combined with the characteristics of temperature and corrosion
resistance, good flexibility and easy ash removal of PTFE. The
service life and other properties of the filter bag are greatly
improved. It is an efficient filter material with high cost
performance.
The product has the following characteristics:
(1) High filtering precision
The microporous membrane on the surface of glass fiber expanded
membrane filter bag is small and uniform (0.10-2.0 μ m) , it can
separate all the dust larger than the micropore diameter, and
capture all the dust PM10 (respirable dust) and PM2.5 (respirable
dust) seriously damaging human health. Therefore, the dust
purification efficiency is high and stable, and can be less than
10mg / m ³ Emission standards.
(2) Light and soft, easy to remove ash
The thickness of filter material is 0.8mm, which is only 1 / 3 of
felt filter material, and the texture is soft. During ash cleaning,
the filter material shakes in a serpentine shape, and the dust is
easy to peel off; Low ash cleaning pressure, less ash cleaning
times and longer ash cleaning cycle can effectively reduce the
consumption of compressed air, reduce the amount of maintenance and
save the operation cost. The base material of glass fiber expanded
membrane covered filter bag is two-dimensional glass fiber expanded
filter cloth. Due to its structural characteristics, the system
operation resistance is more stable than three-dimensional filter
material.
(3) High strength, low elongation and stable size
The longitude and latitude strength of glass fiber expanded
membrane covered filter bag is not damaged by acupuncture, which is
more than several times that of ordinary felt filter material, so
it is more suitable for making filter bags with large length and
diameter (more than 6m long); It will not shrink under high
temperature, almost maintain the original size, will not affect the
gap between the filter bag and the skeleton, and ensure the ash
removal effect. The elongation of the glass fiber filter bag is
less than 3%. During the filtration operation, the self weight of
the filter material plus the weight of the dust layer will not
cause the extension of the filter bag. At the same time, it also
greatly reduces the periodic damage of the filter bag caused by
pneumatic ash cleaning.
(4) Outstanding temperature resistance
The glass fiber membrane filter material can operate continuously
from above the acid dew point to 260 ℃, and can withstand the high
temperature of 280 ℃ for 2 hours. Glass fiber expanded membrane
covered filter material is baked in 280 ℃ oven for 2 hours, and its
physical and chemical indexes and color remain unchanged, which is
not available for other filter materials.
(5) Oxidation and corrosion resistance
The glass fiber expanded membrane filter bag will not be oxidized
by oxygen or nitride, so it is unnecessary to consider the problem
of high and low oxygen content in the dust collector. The corrosion
resistance of glass fiber is outstanding, and after the whole
filter material is impregnated with PTFE, PTFE will form a dense
protective film on the surface of glass fiber, so ma301 filter bag
will be eroded very little during operation.
(6) Water and oil repellent, suitable for working conditions with
high moisture content
The hydrolysis resistance of glass fiber is very good, which
belongs to class I hydrolysis resistant fiber. On this basis, the
glass fiber substrate is coated with PTFE. After application test,
its waterproof grade is more than 4.5, which eliminates the
adsorption of water by the filter material and effectively reduces
the hardening phenomenon after condensation.
