Stainless Steel Plain Dutch Weave Wire Mesh

Dutch Plain Woven Wire Cloth is primarily used as filter cloth. This kind of woven wire cloth has a coarser mesh and wire in the warp direction and a finer mesh and wire in the weft direction. Dutch Plain Woven Wire Cloth makes an ideal filter cloth with a very compact, firm mesh with great strength.

Stainless steel dutch wire cloth products are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, environment protection, mine, airspace, paper-making,electronic, metallurgy etc. Special size and specification are available according to customers requirement.

Characteristics:

1. Warp wire has bigger dia than shute wire
2. Shute wires are possibly bound close to each other
3. High accuracy
4. Nominal or no pressure loss while filtration
5. Supreme filtration surface
6. More stable than square and rectangular wire mesh

Features:

Plain Dutch Weave guarantees a significantly higher particle separation than metal fiber materials. Accurate and individual apertures mean that our wire cloths perform well in filtration and separation, finding applications in static as well as dynamic filtration.

Material: AISI302, 304, 304L, 316, 304L, 316L, 321, etc.

Weaving methods: Plain Dutch Weave("Warp×Weft" same meaning to "Warp×Shute")

Application:

Plain Dutch Weave features a lightly structured surface and high levels of flow and minimal pressure drop and it is used for high mechanical loads for pre-coat filters and filter candles.
