Phosphor Bronze Wire Mesh

Phosphor bronze wire mesh/cloth is produced in plain weave or twilled weave. Phosphor bronze is made of copper, zinc, tin and phosphorous, the tin provides the corrosion resistance and strength, and phosphorus can increase the wear resistance. With the features, woven wire mesh and wire cloth made of phosphor bronze wires are mainly used as fine wire cloth in a number of industries, commonly used in filtration and separation applications.

Phosphor bronze wire is a kind of copper alloy, with 2% to 8% Sn, approximately 0.1% to 0.4% phosphorous, the balance is copper. Red copper wire is a kind of industrial copper,its melting point is 1083℃.

Materials: Phosphor bronze wire mesh is comprised of copper, zinc, tin and phosphorous.

Phosphor bronze wire material availabel: C51000(CuSn4), C51900 (CuSn6), C52100 (CuSn6).

Features:
Phosphor bronze wire is corrosion resistant, high strength, high intension, high flexibility, magnetism resistant, wear resistant and tear resistant. Phosphor bronze wire mesh has a light orange, gold color, unique and beautiful.

Applications:

In sieving and filtering in pharmaceutical and food hygiene industry;

Sifting for porcelain clay, particles and powder;

Printing on the porcelain and glassware;

Architectural & decorative industries, for the screen of interior wall and facade;
Filtration and separation industries, for filter discs and test sieve;
Petrochemical & chemical industries, for produced watermarks in the security paper.
