Advantage of UV Laser Source.

1) Good quality of laser instrument : Use high quality laser instrument of which beam bundle has got better quality than those using tranditional solid state laser marking machine while its focusing spot has been less than 20um, the divergence angle is only 1/4 of the Diode pumped laser, this utility model especially suitable for precision and fine marking. As owning to its large power density it has been found to be mostily suitable for deep engraving.

2) Highly convertible : As per up to 30% of eletro-optical convension efficiency, the whole power consumption of this machine can be less than 500W, it has been greatly found to be energy consumption saving as it only consume 1/10 of power of lamp pumped solid stat laser marking machine.

3) Long working time : use laser diode as it is pump source and the average working time can be up to 100,000 hours.

4) Friendly use : the laser can work without any maintenance , adjustment nor cleansing of the laser lens
