90 degree unidirectional fabric 620g with a layer of chopped strands 280g, sewed with nylon yarn for RTM & hand lay-up process. Fiber structure can be designed to provide high strength in a certain direction. The fiber is not easy to produce displacement and deformation, and is easy to operate.

Fiberglass unidirectional fabric is the main arrangements of the roving 90º (transverse) or 0º (longitudinal), and stitched with a coil structure. It can be used to stitch unidirectional layer yarn with chopped strand mat, polyester veil, fiberglass surface tissue, carbon felt etc. into various types of composites fabric to obtain specific performances.

● Compatible with reinforced unsaturated polyester resin, vinlyester resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin and polyurethane resin etc.                                    

● Forming process includes winding, pultrusion, RTM, hand lay-up,vacuum infusion molding and RTM etc.                                                                                                        

● The typical end-use applications are pipe, storage tank, pultruded profile,  FRP boat hull and wind power blade etc.
