1. Laminar flow Garment Storage description:

 

Enhanced Filtration System

The enhanced filtration system on the garment storage cabinet is designed to provide the highest level of air quality within the work zone, meeting all relevant standards .

 

Yaning laminar flow cabinets provide ISO Class 3 air cleanliness within the work zone as per ISO 14644.1, 100 times cleaner than the usual Class 5 classification on cabinets offered by the competition.

High quality ULPA filters utilizing an improved mini-pleated separation technique to maximize surface area, improve efficiency and extend the filter life. Filters operate at a typical efficiency of >99.999% at 0.1 to 0.3 micron sizes, providing superior product protection over conventional HEPA filters.

2. Laminar flow Garment Storage features:

 

1). German EBM direct-drive high efficiency centrifugal fan, low noise, maintenance-free, low vibration, long life, stable performance.

2). High-quality ultra-high efficiency, ultra-low resistance, PTEE membrane filter - saving more than 30%.

3). The United States Dwyer pressure differential table, indicating the pressure difference on both sides of the high-efficiency filter, timely reminder to replace the high efficiency filter.

4). advanced design, according to the United States Federal Standard 209E design, reliability can be extremely high.

5). Prefilters and chemical molecular filters can be added as needed to create a better production environment.

 

3. Laminar flow Garment Storage structure

 

1). The filtration efficiency is 99.99% @ 0.3um or 99.9995% @ 0.12um.

2). Material can choose stainless steel or full cold plate electrostatic spray, or both.
