1, Deep pleat hepa filter description

 

Ultra-fine glass fiber paper is used as the filter material, offset paper, aluminum film and other materials are used as the partition plate, and it is made of wood frame aluminum alloy. It is made of special silicone rubber, has no odor, and the surface will not harden. Cracks, chemical stability, corrosion resistance, can absorb the stress generated by thermal expansion and contraction without cracking, moderate hardness, elastic recovery. Each unit has been tested by the sodium flame method, with high filtration efficiency, low resistance and large dust holding capacity.

 

Hepa filters can be widely used in optical electronic, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, bio-pharmaceuticals, precision instruments, beverage foods, PCB printing and other industries dustless purification plant air-conditioning terminal air supply. Efficient and ultra-efficient filters are used at the end of the clean room. Their structure can be divided into: efficient partitions, efficient partitions, high air volume, ultra-efficient filters, etc.
