machine working step:

 Feeding system: the weft and warp wire both are pre-cut wires. The worker put wires into store holder, then the store holder put the wires into weld dies automatically. It is ready to welding after two weft wires and one warp wire were put.

Welding system: Both the cent-control and welding time are controlled by PLC program

system. Upper and lower electrode is controled by transformer to weld up and down. This

welding is more accurate and firm.

Pulling system: the mesh pulling system is control by servo motor, which makes the mesh size more standard and accurate.

Control system: control cabinet adopt touch screen operate system, which dispaly in both

Chinese and English, so the operation is very simple. 

machine advantage:

1. The line wire and the weft wire are pre-straightened and pre-cut.

2. The longitude wires can be adjustable and cross wire distance can be adjustable according to input the data what you want. The greatest advantage is that you can adjust the distance weft wire at random on the same piece of wire mesh sheet.

3. The finished product fence panel is smooth; the error of opposite angle line is small.
