Product description:

Feed pellet machine is widely used in the field of poultry and livestock feed pellet making. Feed pellet mill is the main machine for producing pellet feed and is applicable to large and medium-scaled feed plant with different outputs of pellet feed.

This machine features of compact structure, fine appearance, high capacity, low power consumption, convenient operation, and reliable performance.

Dies of various hole diameter such asφ2,φ4,φ6,φ8,φ10 are available . Customers can order dies of different hole diameters according to the production needs.

This machine adopts a system of conversion speed-adjustable feeding and is equipped with strong safety magnet, overload protector, outboard discharging mechanism and manual oil pump lubrication system.

6.The bearing and oil seal in the main drive are imported, and especially lubrication oil return system is available to ensure reliable bearing lubrication;

7.2 pc quick disassembling type precisely-cast die clamp is adopted to connect the die and quill flange, resulting in convenient and quick disassembling of die;

8.Pellet chamber door and feed chute are fully made of stainless steel wit high anti-corrosion ability and long service life;

9.The connection between motor and gearbox adopts new type S-shape spring coupling wth more convenient disassembling and assembling and more reliable use.
