The single wall corrugated pipe extrusion machine consists of several machines in a production line. The main machines typically include:
1.Extruder: The extruder is the core machine in the production line. It melts and homogenizes the raw material, usually high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and then forces it through a die to form the desired shape.

The extrusion process of the extruder involves the following steps:
1.Material Preparation: The raw material, usually HDPE pellets, is fed into the hopper of the extruder.
2.Melting and Homogenization: The material is heated and melted inside the extruder barrel. The rotating screw inside the barrel conveys the molten plastic while homogenizing it to ensure consistent properties.
3.Extrusion and Shaping: The molten plastic is forced through a die, which gives it the shape of a continuous pipe. The die is designed to create the desired corrugated structure.
4.Cooling and Solidification: The newly formed corrugated pipe passes through a cooling system, often using water or air, to solidify the plastic.
5.Pulling and Cutting: The corrugated pipe is pulled through the production line by the haul-off machine at a constant speed. It may be cut into desired lengths at this stage.
