1. Are you a trader or a manufacturer?
We are an integrated enterprise of industry and trade. The factory
and sales department are located in Nan'an District, Quanzhou City.
2. How can I be sure the parts are right for my excavator?
Give us the correct model/machine serial number/any number on the
part itself. Or measure the part and give us dimensions or
drawings.
3. What are the payment terms?
We usually accept T/T or trade assurance. Other terms can also be
negotiated.
4. What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on what you're buying. Usually, our minimum order is a
20ft FCL and LCL containers (less than one container load) are
acceptable.
5. What is your delivery time?
FOB Xiamen or any Chinese port: 20 days. If there are parts in
stock, our delivery time is only 0-7 days.
6. How is the quality control?
We have a complete quality control system, and each link has a
one-to-one person in charge to produce perfect products. A team
will carefully inspect product quality and specifications,
monitoring each production process until the package is fully
loaded to ensure the product enters the container safely.
