Coupling information:
Rubber cylindrical pin coupling. It is composed of main parts of
active and driven half-couplings and rubber cylindrical pins. There
is a unilateral radial gap of 0.3 to 1.5mm and an axial gap of 1mm
between the main and driven half-couplings. There are several
semi-circular holes with the same size, depth and number on the
main and driven half-couplings. . The rubber cylindrical pin
transmits motion and power, and is in a squeezed state when
working.
The utility model is suitable for the connection between two
transmission shafts of a coaxial line. Its main features are: very
simple structure, easy to manufacture, large transmission torque,
able to withstand impact and alternating load, adapt to high and
low speed transmission, work without lubriion, long service life,
easy assembly, disassembly and maintenance.
