1. Regularly replace hydraulic oil: Hydraulic oil is an important part of the hydraulic system. Regularly check and replace hydraulic oil according to the excavator manufacturer's recommendations, ensuring you are using the correct specification and brand.

2. Regularly check the quality of the oil: Regularly check the quality of the hydraulic oil, including checking for moisture, impurities and contaminants. Use appropriate oil filters and oil analyzers to ensure the quality of your hydraulic oil is up to standard.

3. Check the seals of the hydraulic pump: The seals of the hydraulic pump (such as O-rings, sealing rings, etc.) may be worn or damaged during operation, causing hydraulic leakage. Regularly inspect and replace hydraulic pump seals to ensure good sealing performance.

4. Check the filter element of the hydraulic pump: The filter element of the hydraulic pump is used to filter impurities and particles in the hydraulic oil. Regularly check and replace the filter element of the hydraulic pump to ensure normal hydraulic oil flow and protect the hydraulic pump.
