Maintenance method
1. The lubricating oil maintenance cycle of the rotary motor is
1000 hours. In daily operation, we need to observe the amount of
rotary lubricating oil from the dipstick. In some cases, abnormal
loss of lubricating oil will be found, so we need to open the large
ring gear window. Check whether lubricating oil leaks into the
large ring gear cavity through the sealing ring.
2. The general rotation gear inspection and lubricating oil
replacement cycle is every 2000 hours or one year. The butter
filling amount for a 20-ton machine is about 36 liters (two
barrels). Periodically open the boom base and the square cover on
the front of the frame. , to check the ring gear and lubrication
conditions. For maintenance or if water is found, go to the X
overhead cavity at the bottom of the excavator and open the cover
to release the water.
3.There is a common misunderstanding among customers about the
maintenance of slewing bearings. They believe that the lubricating
oil of the slewing bearing is the same as the lubrication cycle of
the big and small arms, and they need to be lubricated every day.
In fact, such actions have the opposite effect. If the lubrication
cycle is too short, there will be too much lubricating oil in the
bearing, which will burst the dust ring and leak out.
