Equipment Overview


 

During the winding or lamination process of the lithium battery core, problems such as material dust mixing, uneven winding, and diaphragm breakage will inevitably occur, which will lead to safety hazards of the lithium battery and difficult detection.

At present, the testing equipment and methods in the industry are not perfect, and the detection rate of substandard products is not ideal.

 

This equipment applies a 10-100ms high-voltage pulse test to the battery cell before the lithium battery is filled with electrolyte. The cell is determined by measuring the shortest charging time, the longest time, charging voltage, voltage drop, curve area and other parameters. Open circuit, short circuit, micro short circuit and other insulation faults, fast and efficient.

1. Micro short circuit detection: In addition to the basic detection of open circuit and short circuit of the cell, it can also distinguish the common and difficult to detect micro short hidden dangers such as perforation, impurities, and edge discharge; detect the unqualified products before the electrolyte is poured to the greatest extent.

 

2. High-speed micro-damage: The high-voltage pulse test is used with a ms-level test time, which not only has a fast test speed, but also ensures the detection of defective products while maximizing the minimum risk of damage to good products.

 

3. Intelligent detection: Comprehensive measurement and intelligent judgment from the three dimensions of time, voltage and area, and give the judgment result of OKNGXX (suspected).

 

4. Display and storage: 8-inch TFT color LCD display, voltage waveform display, waveform zoom, waveform storage (U disk), oscilloscope detection interface.
