Vehicle test:

1. Fast charging port: DC withstand voltage, insulation resistance, DC grounding (potential equalization), fast charging function, whole vehicle insulation resistance, insulation test verification

2. Slow charging port: AC withstand voltage, insulation resistance, AC grounding, leakage current, slow charging function

 

Components test:
AC withstand voltage, insulation resistance

Potential equalization:

1. The resistance between the negative grounding point of the battery and the PEU shell

2. The resistance between the negative ground point of the battery and the housing of the drive motor

3. The resistance between the battery negative ground point and the charger shell

Power battery PEESS:
By measuring the voltage value, the standard resistance is known, and the battery pack insulation is calculated according to the GT/18384.1-2015 formula.
The known standard tester for testing is built in the test system, and the test wiring changes during the whole test process are inside the test system, and the automatic switching is completed without manual wiring changes.
