Equipment Overview


 

This test system is mainly used to assess whether the electrical and electronic product casings/seals can guarantee the good working performance and technical status of the equipment and components after or during the raining test. At the same time, the product may be affected by water immersion during transportation or use, this test system provides a reference basis for product technical standards.

 

It is used to check the installation of windows and sunroofs, military vehicles, cars, agricultural vehicles, whether the roof and sides can withstand rain spray, whether the sealing performance is reliable, and whether the installation method is correct.

 

It is suitable for testing the waterproof and sealing performance of outdoor motor vehicles. Through the raining test system, the conditions of rain test room are similar to the natural state outside, to confirm the water sealing state of the vehicle, and to improve the structure of the parts that may leak.

Introduction of Sprinkler System


 

Sprinkler systemThe rain devices mainly include: water pump, pressure regulating valve, water pressure gauge, main pipeline, sprinkler (the distance between the left and right, up and down is 400mm, and the bottom of the side spray surface is 400mm from the ground)
Pipeline

1. Main pipe: All spray pipes are made of 304# stainless steel pipe; the inner diameter of the water pump suction pipe is 150mm, the top of the water supply main pipe of the water pump is 100mm, and the main pipe diameter of the water supply on both sides from the pump outlet to the bottom of the flowmeter is 100mm in inner diameter.

 

2. Sub-pipeline: 304# stainless steel pipe is used as the spray branch, the pipe diameter is 32mm

Nozzle

1. The nozzle adopts PP material nozzle. The spray state is solid conical, the water spray angle is 60°, the top nozzle is vertical to the horizontal plane, and the nozzle design conforms to the national standard. The nozzles are in a square array, and there is no blank area in the spray area. The nozzle can be adjusted appropriately according to the spray angle. According to the design basis, four sides of the water nozzles are arranged in the shower room, and the horizontal and vertical spacing of the nozzles is 400mm.

 

2. The distance between the nozzle and the outer surface of the vehicle: 0.7±0.2m

 

3. The axis of the top nozzle is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the axis of the side nozzle is perpendicular to the longitudinal symmetry plane of the vehicle.

 

4. The nozzle and the ball seat are threadedly connected, and the ball seat machine is stuck on the water pipe, which is convenient for replacement and cleaning of blocked impurities.
