and vacuum mold, sand core box and other temperature resistant

Compared with epoxy moulds, polyurethane formulations offer
products with high compression and bending properties, generally
higher temperature and chemical resistance.
Compared with epoxy mold board, our polyurethane board has the
following characteristics:
1) Less processing dust, good toughness, not broken edge, product
surface smooth, easy to process, cutting chip for flake
2) Low coefficient of dimensional stability thermal expansion
3) Adapt to high and low temperature climate change and not
affected by climate

Lh-tool ® TOOL molding board combines ultimate quality with outstanding mechanical properties. Semi-finished products -- prefabricated rectangular panels -- are made of polyurethane and can be bonded to a variety of shapes and sizes.
Lh-tool ® TOOL adhesive matching hardness and color of the board can be used for bonding. The styling and design range includes sheets of up to a density of about X. 0.6 g/cm3. Materials within this density range are suitable for both CNC and manual machining.
