Jh602-28015 Ship-Borne Electro-Optical Infrared Camera Surveillance System (EOSS)

1.1 Production Introduction

JH602-28015 ship-borne electro-optical surveillance system is a highly integrated optical-mechanical-electro system equipped with a HD 1080p daylight camera and MWIR cooled thermal camera. The camera is slaving to a 2-axis and 2-gimbal stabilized platform. Featured with compact and modular design, it is provided for ships meeting military and civilian requirements such as search, observation, reconnaissance and tracking sea-surface targets, widely applied in navy, police, coastal guard and maritime etc.

1.2 Main Functions

  1. 2-axis (azimuth and elevation) stabilization, high accuracy gyro and servo control system implement full coverage reconnaissance.
  2. Compact size, light weight, strong adaptability, low power consumption and high cost-efficiency.
  3. Video tracking function. Real-time tracking, manual /auto tracking and auto locked are available.
  4. High accuracy correction ensures optical axis of IR and CCD are alignment.
  5. Gimbal is controlled by user friendly software
  6. Operation mode, azimuth angle and elevation angle data are able to be displayed on video and transmitted back.
  7. Fully sealed, water-proof, vibration resistance, shock resistance, long lifetime under harsh environment.

Target tracking scene: to air, to sea (it is able to optimize target on the basis of video/image provided by user).
Intelligent recapture target after lost in short time

  6. Installation: damper is not required. The gimbal is rigidly connected with pedestal. The gimbal has zero graduation line on azimuth direction.
    1. System Composition

JH602-28015 EOSS is provided for patrol boat, used for monitoring, tracking and positioning sea and air targets. While the patrol boat is on mission, the gimbal status and video are transmitted back and displayed on software; also the control commands are sent to gimbal by user friendly software to realize real-time operation and control.
The full system is composed of gimbal, electronic box, and operation and control software.

    1. Gimbal

Gimbal is a sensor unit (optical cabinet) slave to a two-axis (elevation and azimuth) gyro stabilized servo platform. Sensor unit is equipped with a high resolution 640×512 MWIR thermal camera with 15~280mm continuous zoom lens and a 1920×1080 HD daylight camera, capable of detection, recognition, identification and tracking target at day and night. The gimbal with pedestal is installed above deck according to practical environment.
The external interface is 26pin aviation connector.
