Introduction:

The cervical ripening catheter is used ti mechanically dilate the poorly mature crevix before a pregnant women full-term induction of labor.

After filling the two balloons,it can form mechanical tension and mechanical expansion of the cervix mildly.This way can stimulates the synthesis and release of endogenous prostaglandins.It can promote cervical softening,induces contractions,cervix mature,to achieve the purpose of successful delivery.

Composition and materials

This product consists of catheter, balloon, distal tip, check valve, Y connector and locking loop. Catheter, tips, Y connectors and balloons are made of silicone,check valves is made of ABS and locking loop is made of PE.
