AWG 46-18 UEWH overcoat polyamide enamelled wire UEWH U2 Thermal class 180℃

UEWH is an enameled wire product that utilizes polyimide as an insulating material. Compared with the aforementioned UEHN series, UEWH has the following characteristics.

1. Extremely high heat resistance: UEWH is heat resistant up to 180°C, making it stable and reliable for long term operation in high temperature environments. This makes it ideal for motor and transformer applications where extreme temperature conditions need to be tolerated.

2. Excellent Mechanical Properties: UEWH adopts a special polymer formulation and production process, which has extremely high tensile strength and wear resistance.

UEWH is able to withstand a wide range of mechanical stresses during the manufacture of motor stator windings.

3.Good chemical resistance: UEWH's polyimide insulation has excellent corrosion resistance to most chemicals and solvents, allowing it to work stably for a long time in harsh environments.
