Product Description:

This filling/capping/labeling line is designed for a cosmetic / skin care factory, which will be filling cream, shampoo, liquid soap, hand sanitizer gel, lotion, etc.

Regular bottling line is straight, but this line is made with L shape due the space limit in client's plant, it is also available to make the line with U shape design if needed.

The line includes Automatic Bottle Loader, 4 Head Filling Machine, Cap Loading Machine, Capping Machine, Labeling Machine, Batch Code Printer, Bottle Collecting Table. Most off machines are customized, usually the line would be customzied according to customer's bottle sample.

The filling system is defoaming type, it has the ability to reduce bubble while filling, especially filling some thin liquid chemicals, they are very easy foaming mostly.

The labeling machine of this line is a multiple use type labeling machine, it can be using for round bottle, flat / square bottle, jar, and other irregular shape of bottle. There are also labeling machines that can be using for certain shape only, usually this kind of labeling machine costs less.
