Application characteristics: The mixing tank means stirring, mixing, blending, homogenizing, etc. materials. The design structure and configuration of the stainless steel mixing tank can be standardized and user-friendly according to the requirements of the production process. The mixing tank can realize feeding control, discharging control, mixing control and other manual automatic control during the mixing process. The structure of the stirring tank The stirring tank is composed of a stirring tank body, a stirring tank cover, a stirrer, a support, a transmission device, a shaft sealing device, etc., and a heating device or a cooling device can also be configured according to the process requirements. The materials selected for the stirring tank body, stirring tank cover, agitator, and shaft seal can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel according to different process requirements.
The stirring tank body and the stirring tank cover can be connected
by flange sealing or welding. The stirring tank body and stirring
tank cover can open process pipe holes such as feeding,
discharging, observation, temperature measurement, pressure
measurement, steam fractionation, and safe venting according to the
process requirements. The upper part of the mixing tank cover is
equipped with a transmission device (motor or reducer), and the
agitator in the mixing tank is driven by the transmission shaft.
The shaft seal device can adopt various forms such as mechanical
seal or packing, labyrinth seal (determined according to user
needs).
Due to the different production process requirements of users, the
mixer can be configured in various forms such as paddle type,
anchor type, frame type, and spiral type.

◭The all-round wall scraping mixing adopts the frequency converter
for speed adjustment , so that high quality products of different
processes according to customer requirements.
◭The diversified high-speed homogenizer can powerfully mix solid
and liquid raw materials and can rapidly dissolve many soluble
materials such as AES , AESA , LSA , etc. during the liquid
detergent production process so as to save energy consumpion and
shorten production period.
◭The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel
plate. The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing , which
fully conforms to GMP requirements.
◭According to customer requirement , the tank can heat and cool
materials. The heating way including steam heating and electric
heating. Easy to discharge , bottom direct discharge or by transfer
pump.
