With a low charge injection of 20pC, the ADG221KN minimizes the introduction of additional charge during switching, ensuring accurate signal transmission.
The switch's channel capacitance includes an off-state capacitance (CS(off)) and an on-state capacitance (CD(off)) of 5pF each, providing appropriate capacitive loads for driving circuits. Operating reliably within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C (TA), the ADG221KN can withstand varying environmental conditions.
