Working principle

The instrument changes the temperature signal into electrical signal through the temperature sensor, and then the preamplifier amplifies and filters the electrical signal, which is sent to the a/d conversion module of CPU for analog to digital conversion. Finally, the CPU performs data processing, display and PWM output. The principle block diagram is as follows:

 

The pressure of the measured medium directly acts on the ceramic diaphragm of the sensor, causing the diaphragm to produce a small displacement proportional to the medium pressure. Under normal working conditions, the maximum displacement of the diaphragm is not more than 0.025mm. After the electronic circuit detects this displacement, it converts this displacement into a standard industrial measurement signal corresponding to this pressure. In case of overpressure, the diaphragm is directly attached to the solid ceramic substrate. Since the gap between the diaphragm and the substrate is only 0.1mm, the maximum displacement of the diaphragm in case of overpressure can only be 0.1mm. Therefore, the structure ensures that the diaphragm will not produce excessive deformation. The sensor has good stability and high reliability.
