IE3 Premium Efficiency Electric Motor With Cast Iron 7.5HP

1. PRODUCT INTRODUCTION OF IE3 ELECTRIC MOTOR

YE3 series are 3 phase asynchronous electric motors with totally enclosed fan cooled, are ac motor, industrial motors. The premium efficiency motors are developed independently according to standard IEC, G.B., etc. The energy-saving motors meet with efficiency IE3 of IEC60034-30 and efficiency Grade 2 of GB18613-2012. The IE3 INDUCTION MOTORS are also in compliance with the efficiency standards covered by NEMA, CSA, CEMEP, COPANT, AS, NZS, JIS, GB. it is the most authoritative efficiency classification standard in the world.

The motors' output rated power, and mounting dimensions are perfectly by IEC60072-1. Moreover, YE3 motors are a reasonable structure, have slight vibration and low noise.

YE3 series 3 phase asynchronous motors can be widely used in blowers, ventilators, pumps, machine tools, compressors, reducers, packing machines, transportation machinery, mining equipment, construction equipment, and other appliances, which can operate with full load for a long time, the three-phase electric motors can save the considerable electric energy; it is advantageous to protect the environment.

9. Insulation class: F (temperature rise is examined at 80K)

11. Mounting method: B3, B5, B35, V1

12. Ambient conditions: Altitude is lower than 1000m; Ambient temperature is -15~40Cº

13. Connection: Star-connection for 3KW or less, whereas delta-connection for 4KW or more.
