1.Can we place a small order before the batch order?
--Yes .
2.Do you have stocks for a quick order?
--We only have some for the spare parts like throttle and brakes
Cause the controller and Motor belongs to the OEM products,
different customers have the different request.
3.What is the estimate prepare time?
Motors: 3-15 days .
Battery /Controllers: 25-35 days.
Other spare parts: 10-20 days.
4.Do you provide any OEM?
Yes, we can design motor for some special request.
5.What is the guarantee?
3 years for motor.2 years for battery, 1 year for the other spare
parts
