Specialized Motor Testing System For The Production Line Quick Test
1. This testing system can be used to perform the quick and accurate test for the motor of air conditioner,
washing machine, fan, electrical power tools.

3.1 Intelligent: the system can connect to the internet via Ethernet interface to interact data and share
resources, so as to meet the requirements of IOT.
3.2 Modular design: independent test module, parallel or serial test can be selected.
3.3 High performance: support to test Hipot, insulation resistance, surge, winding resistance, low voltage
start and no-load etc.
3.4 High compatibility: support to testing windings over 10 uH. Closed loop feedback of the surge test
makes the test result more accurate.
3.5 Easy to maintain: insertable board card can be dismantled and replaced easily. Support self-
diagnose, remote control diagnose and software upgrading.

4. After-sales service:
4.1 Self-diagnose
The tester diagnoses itself automatically after switching on, and reminds the faulty module specifically.
4.2 Remote control diagnose
The after-sales service engineers could diagnose the failure via remote control if the equipment works
abnormally.
4.3 Modular board card design makes the maintenance easier
The modular board card can be sent to the customer site directly once the failure has been diagnosed.
It’s very easy to replace the board card.

6. System description
6.1 The equipment color: primary aluminum color
6.2 The left station and right station works independently
6.3 All the test items can be checked or unchecked
6.4 The testing parameters range can be entered and saved in the system. The resistance testing has
the function of setting, displaying and judging the unbalanced degree
6.5 Two options are available if NG appears: “continue to test” and “stop the test”. If NG appears when
testing the winding resistance, the test can be stopped after testing the three windings.
6.6 The testing results are stored in the data base, and can be exported via the USB interface.
6.7 User permission setting avoids the parameter change by misoperation.
