HXGN17 High Voltage Distribution Cabinet
HXGN17-12 cabinet type fixed metal enclosed switchgear (named as ring main unit /RMU) is used in AC
50/60Hz 11KV power net as on /off loading and short -circuit, on /off short circuit current. It has manual and
electrical spring structure to operate the loading switch. The loading switch and isolating switch is controlled
by manual. The switchgear meets the standard IEC62271-200 & IEC62271-100 ETC
1. This switchgear is case metal-enclosed structure. In accordance with the national standard GB3906 and
international standardIEC298, protection degree IP2X. The metal-enclosed structure effectively prevents
short-circuit failure by intruders .
2. When air insulation distance between polar to polar or polar to ground ≤125mm, porcelain support insulators
(≥8000N) is applied. All these ensure higher insulation intensity and stability.
3. Breakers, both upper and lower insulation switches, grounding switches and interlock mechanisms between
doors all takes force mechanical lock mode to meet the requirement of "five- prevention"

●The connecting with external cables is completed within the cable
compartment, and the cable can be pulled in and out. The zero
sequence current transformers are set in the cable compartment,
easy for installation and maintenance.
●By the reduced current limiting reactors' matched short-circuit
current, the bus bar's voltage could be stabilized at a certain
value, the parts'short-circuit components strength requirement
could also be reduced.
●The drawer unit has sufficient number of secondary plug-in
components to meet the requirement for the numbers of connection
points for computer interface and automatic control circuits.
