Working principle of small induction smelting furnace:

      The three-phase bridge full control rectifier circuit is used to rectify the alternating current into direct current. After smoothing by the reactor, it becomes a constant direct current source. Then, the direct current is inverted into a single-phase intermediate frequency current with a certain frequency (generally 1000-8000hz) through the single-phase inverter bridge. The load is composed of an induction coil and a compensation capacitor, which are connected into a parallel resonant circuit.

    1. Hot forging is mainly used to heat the workpiece to a certain temperature (the heating temperature is different according to different materials), and then forge the workpiece into other shapes through punch, forging machine or other forms.     2. For example, the copper core of the computer radiator and the aluminum sheet, the embedded value welding of the horn net, the composite of the steel plastic pipe, the sealing of the aluminum foil (toothpaste skin), the motor rotor, the sealing of the electric heating pipe, and so on.
