Working principle of intermediate frequency furnace:

The medium frequency furnace is mainly composed of a power supply, an induction ring and a crucible made of refractory materials in the induction ring. The crucible is filled with metal charge, which is equivalent to the auxiliary winding of the transformer. When the induction coil is connected to the AC power supply, an alternating magnetic field is generated in the induction coil. The magnetic field lines cut the metal charge in the crucible, and the induction electromotive force is generated in the charge. Since the charge itself forms a closed circuit, the auxiliary winding is characterized by only one turn and is closed. Therefore, induction current is generated in the charge at the same time. When the induction current passes through the charge, the charge will be heated to make it melt.

Operating rules of intermediate frequency furnace:

1. Before starting the machine, check whether the equipment body is in good condition and whether there is any circuit short circuit or safety hazard caused by the presence of foreign matters; Start the water circulation system and check whether the water channels such as the medium frequency power supply, the medium frequency furnace body and the compensation capacitor cabinet are smooth and whether there is water leakage. If it exists, first eliminate the potential problems of the equipment to avoid the expansion of the fault.

2. Check whether the three-phase incoming power supply of intermediate frequency power supply is normal.

3. Check whether the connection between the power distribution cabinet and the induction furnace is intact. The exposed part of the induction ring should not be attached to metal objects to prevent the induction ring from being damaged by fire.

4. Under the condition that all the above are intact, the control power can be sent to the door panel.

5. Turn the power adjustment potentiometer on the door panel counterclockwise to "0" minimum.

6. Press the start button of the main circuit switch to close the circuit breaker and connect the main circuit.

7. Turn on the if start button.

8. Amplify the power setting potentiometer on the door panel clockwise bit by bit until the heating process requirements.
