Tee molding machine is used for carbon steel, stainless steel pipe
into a special hydraulic machine, suitable for a variety of
specifications of tee pipe fitting joint extrusion molding change

degrees, 135 degrees and other angles of tee pipe joint.The
diameter of the tee is 21mm-630mm, and the wall thickness is
3mm-20mm.Hydraulic system of three-way forming machine is hydraulic
power mechanism installed on the top of the fuselage, by pump,
motor, cartridge valve integration block, fuel tank and other
components, the power mechanism includes oil filtration, oil
temperature oil level display and other devices.The output flow of
the main oil pump is constant power and can vary with the
pressure.The structure of the three-way forming machine is the
optimized design of the whole frame fuselage to ensure the
strength, the welding parts for non-destructive flaw detection,
after welding operation aging treatment, to ensure the complete
elimination of stress, equipment in use without deformation.Tee
machine is provided with T row groove under the slider and above
the work table for mounting the mold.The dead point lock device on
the slider is provided to prevent the slider from sliding.The
power mechanism is placed on the top of the machine, and the top of
the fuselage is provided with a safety platform and a fence.Slide
guide adopts non-recovery type automatic circulation thin oil ruiyu
sliding, and is equipped with oil box and fault display device.
