The LGYS-2500B Water Cooling Continuous Induction Sealer is suitable for sealing containers from pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, cosmetics, petrochemical and chemical industries.
LGYS-2500B Water Cooling Continuous Induction Sealer utilizes electro magnetic induction principle to produce instant high heat to melt aluminum foil. Then it adheres to the bung hole, reaching the aim of wet-proof, leakage-proof, mildew-proof and extending preservation time.
Electrical control is splite from cooling part, therefore, the cooling effectis more ideal.
Container material can be polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), polyester (PET), ABS and glass, ceramics, etc., but not for metal bottle and cap.
This model adopts strong electric tube control circuit, sensor head uses concave sense structure.
Which is characterized by high output power, fast sealing speed, work stability, strong corrosion resistance.
It is suitable for long-term used in high acid or alkalinity, high humidity and dust in
harsh environment (such as pesticides. Beverage plants, etc.)
