The Main Advantage:
1. Not sticky, almost all substances are not bonded to Teflon,
Heat resistance, excellent heat resistance and low temperature
2. Resistance. It can withstand high temperature up to 300 degrees in a short time. It can be used continuously between 240 degrees and 260 degrees. It has remarkable thermal stability. It can work at freezing temperature without embrittlement and does not melt at high temperature.
3. Slidability, with a low coefficient of friction. The friction coefficient
changes when the load slides, but the value is only between 0.05
and 0.15.
4. Moisture resistance. No water and high quality, it is not easy to get into the
solution during production operation. If there is a small amount of
dirt, it can be removed by simple wiping.
Wear resistance. Under high load, it has excellent wear resistance
and has the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-adhesion
under a certain load.
5. Corrosion resistance, hardly eroded by any solvent, protects the object to be protected
from any type of chemical corrosion.
6. Low temperature resistance. The minimum long-term use temperature is minus 190 degrees.
7. Insulation. Unaffected by the environment and frequency, the volume
resistance can reach 1018 ohm.cm , and the dielectric loss is small and the breakdown voltage is
high.
8. Resistant to atmospheric aging.
9. Irradiation resistance and low permeability: long-term exposure to the atmosphere, surface and properties
remain unchanged.
10. Resistance to penetration.
11. Physiologically inert and non-toxic.
