by the rear cabinet.

4 sides configuration

Rear wall: made of 1.0mm thick galvanised steel, painted with white powder.

Front,Left and Right: PVC curtain, thick is 0.5mm.

Roof Panel

Made of 0.6mm thick bended galvanised plate.

Ceiling Light

Left and right upper position have 4 lighting fixtures, total 8 fixtures. Each fixture is equipped with

2 LED lamps with 20W for each.

Plenum

400mm high, all spare parts of plenum are made of galvanised bended steel and treated by white

powder for long using life.

Ceiling Filter

Supporting net is made of C shape steel with surface oil painted treatment,

Sub-high efficiency filter,F5 Grade(EN779),type is SP-600G.

Makeup Air Units

Cabinet Size

1,300x1,100x1,300mm(LxWxH).

Cabinet

Made of 50x50mm galvanised square tube, three way connector made of alluminium alloy.

Filtering

Fibre glass filter, G3 Grade(EN779),type is PA-50 .

'M' shape filter frame with pre-filter,G3 Grade(EN779),type is C16-300.

Motor and Fan

Motor type: belt drive, belt pulley with European style taper sleeve; qty.:1pc.

Single motor power:4KW, total power:4KW.

Fan type: double intake centrifual fan, TAE-450-H, total air capacity: 15,000m3/h.

Makeup Air Control

by Belimo NMU230 10N actuator to control fresh air quantity.

Exhaust Air

Equipped with 4M straight duct, 1pc 90° elbow duct and 1pc 30° elbow duct.

Control System

Power Indicator,Fan Running Indicator,Air Controller,Fan Switch,Light Switch,Emergency Stop.

Purification System

Intake filter

Intake filter is high quality imported filter, could capture the articles larger than 10μm (15mm thickness)

Purpose: Filter the larger dust in the air

Roof filter

High efficiency imported Italy filters, could capture the articles larger than 4μm. (22 mm thickness)

Purpose:The most important filter cotton, filter the smaller dust and make air spread uniformly.

Floor filter

The floor filter is fiberglass filter, TSP≤14mg/m3

Purpose: Filter the redundant painting in the air
